The Hawthorn Shed is within easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The Appledown Iyengar Yoga Studio within our garden offers private & general classes.

This wonderful barn conversion boasts great views indoors and out, thanks to its huge picture windows and French doors which open onto its pretty garden and patio. North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.

Located only a 5 minute drive from Barnstaple, Beards Road is a detached house offering good privacy. A short walk away you will find a pub chinese restaurant fish a chip shop a supermarket and a pharmacy. Close by is Fremington Quay and bike rental which sits on the famous Tarka Trail. Only a short drive away are the beaches of Westward Ho, Instow and Saunton Sands. The house boasts a private back garden with access to a personal gym, a BBQ & outside eating area.
