Trendy spots nearby include the parks, running trails and pools at Mueller, Alamo Drafthouse Theater, Halcyon Coffee, B.D. Riley's Irish Pub, East Austin Yoga, The kNomad Global Bar, Kirby Lane (pancakes!) and the amazing Paco's Tacos, just to name a few. The eco-friendly, HEB grocery center (.25 miles from the house) has everything from Starbucks & Liquor, to pizza & gas just moments away. There are busses which are frequented by the students in the area, and the nearest light rail is at Highland Mall just 1 mile away. However, like most of Austin, the most convenient option is to have a car. This property is used by the owner for entertaining his own family and guests. Enjoy the photo books, take a soak in the extra-deep tub, or gaze out the window up in the loft. This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Cozy house studio in Windsor Park

We lovingly call this guest house the doll house for its cute facade. It is located in our beautiful backyard, has its own keyless entry, is peacefully off the street, and beautiful natural light filters into the space throughout the day. The space is also designed with the traveler in mind, so its cozy, has a very comfortable queen size bed with lots of pillows, and full kitchen. A two person studio space in Windsor Park Neighborhood - Private, tiny home, close to HEB and Dell Hospital. Modern furnishings, very clean, natural light, decorated with local, fine art. A friendly, tree-lined neighborhood, east of I-35, 4.5 mi from downtown. The space is 230 sq ft with a kitchenette and a queen size bed. We live in the main house on the property. Our guests stay here for work and family nearby. They take ride shares to Austin events downtown like ACL & SXSW and to COTA.

Gorgeous remodeled 3 bedroom home close to Mueller which has the best Sunday farmers market! It’s also less than 10 minutes to the Moody Center/UT, 15 minutes to downtown. The house is stocked with everything you need! A brand new TV loaded with Netflix and Hulu, a full kitchen with coffee and snacks, Kiehl’s toiletries in the bathrooms. We live locally and can assist with anything you need! The house is in a neighborhood so please be mindful of noise, and no outdoor noises after 10 pm
