Idyllic, private & unique countryside holiday
Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

Chale Bay Farm - St Catherine's View
St Catherine's View at Chale Bay Farm is a quiet and comfortable two-bedroom/two-bathroom self-catering apartment. The air-conditioned living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer with dining and lounge space, smart TV, Blu-Ray and WiFi. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with rollaway-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other main apartments.

Cow Shed - Barn
A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Highlands - sleeps 8 - home from home
Our place is ideally situated in the heart of the Victorian town of Ventnor within walking distance of Ventnor park, the beach, the town centre, Steephill cove and and the Botanical Gardens. Despite this, it is in a quiet location and the house is light and airy with wonderful sea views. It is ideally suited to families with kids of all ages, couples and groups. You'll love the comfy beds, relaxed ambiance, mod cons, ample off-street parking and huge utility room to put all your beach gear.

It's a ten minute walk to the beach alongside the historic Victorian Shanklin Chine.

India Cottage is all ready for summer 2025, the garden terraces are set-up with a new pergola and awning, solar lights and box of throws for the evenings. With private-off street parking, with EV charger, the cottage is just two minutes’ walk from Ventnor's town centre and under ten to the beach and coast path. Tastefully refurbished and fully equipped, the cottage boasts a terraced garden, with stunning views over Ventnor Bay and the Victorian townscape. An ideal base to explore from.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell
Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

Mother~daughter team, and Islanders Bianca and Bonnie welcome you to their luxury holiday bungalow, a beautiful space for you to relax and unwind. Cosy coastal cottage
Recently fully refurbished cottage, re-opened as an airbnb in May 2024. We are situated in the most southerly village on the Island right on the coastal footpath. A beautiful secluded cottage with lovely walks all around us. Ideal for those looking for some peace with the local village just a 5 min walk away and the beach just a 15 min walk. The cottage itself is really comfortable with 100% cotton or linen bedding. Treat yourself with hot tub hire (at an additional cost).

Our beautiful spacious apartment in Hambrough Road has been completely renovated and is situated in a lovely location in the town of Ventnor. It is perfect for a short break or for longer stays. It looks directly out to sea over the road and wall in front. It’s in the most ideal location in that the beach and town are literally two minutes walk away. We occasionally receive discount codes for the vehicle ferries so please do ask. We would very much like to welcome you!
