Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, microugn, induktionsspis och ugn. 200 meter till havet med klippor och sandstrand. Flera möblerade uteplatser, gräsmatta och grill. Promenadavstånd till mataffär, busshållplats och färja till Åstol och Dyrön Tjörn erbjuder allt från vacker natur, bad, fiske, paddling, vandring till konst och mysiga restauranger.

Stugan ligger vid Lysjön med en av Sjuhärads vackraste omgivningar. Lysjön är en klarvattensjö och ett riksintresseområde för naturvård. Branta berg med gammal trollskog omsluter sjön. Det finns fina promenadstigar och ett maffigt utsiktsberg jämte stugan. Stugan ligger på en egen gräddhylla. Njut av egen sjötomt med spabad, båt (elmotor finns), utekök (Weber kolgrill), uteplats, panoramautsikt från vardagsrummet. Ett perfekt boende för de som vill ha närhet till bad, lugn och natur!
