Minutes away from the Duncan YMCA and Tyger River Park. This private apartment offers parking and it’s own entry. Conveniently located and surrounded by a large wooded property, you will find everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Victorian home built in 1900 that is walking distance to the Pacolet river. There is a park with picnic tables on the river that is a short walk or drive and also Clifton beach is a short distance. There is a deck with a dining table and gas grill and furniture on the deck as well. It is a nice getaway but also only a 15 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg for bars and restaurants. Grocery store and gas stations a 5 minute drive. The small town of Cowpens is about a 10 minute drive.
