Guest Studio w/Kitchenette

Enjoy easy access to NYC and Seton Hall from this perfectly located studio with a private entrance, kitchenette, shower, laundry, and off-street parking. Ten minute walk to the train to NYC/Hoboken and downtown South Orange and two blocks to the supermarket, Italian restaurant and wine/beer/liquor store. Please note that this is a lower level suite - you’ll need to descend 8 steps to access the space. We reside upstairs with our 6 year old & mini-poodle so there may be occasional noise.

Updated private two bedroom in heart of Montclair

A complimentary bottle of red wine is included with each stay by default. The space is quiet for Montclair yet centrally located. Our cleaner Mikki is responsible for cleaning and preparing the space. She takes great pride in her work, and we’re lucky to have her. The entire cleaning fee goes to her. Cozy & Modern -2 BR near NYC, American Dream.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. We are about 8 minutes away from Newark Penn Station, which is then a 20 minute train ride from Manhattan (New York Penn Station). If you choose to uber, it is a 28 minute ride to Manhattan. The other alternative is the PATH train at Newark Penn Station, which will take you to the Freedom Tower in Manhattan in 20 minutes as well. 20 minutes from American Dreams.
