The gondola is open during the summer also and you can mountain bike down if you are brave (hire bikes from one of the many shops in Les Angles), use this as a starting point for walking or simply go to the lovely cafe at the top and relax in one of their deck chairs.

Beautiful lake and great walks in the area. Please note you have to park nearby and get a bus during the summer months as you are not able to drive to the lake itself. The bus runs regularly and provides and excellent service.
