La Casa delle Rondini è un alloggio situato nel centro storico di Fermo, vicina alla piazza, ai principali musei e servizi. Qualche minuto a piedi e ci si trova nella zona più importante della città, ricca di manifestazioni. E' situata vicino alla fermata dell'autobus, a 7 km dal mare e dalla stazione, a poca distanza dalla A14 sia verso Sud (8 km) che verso Nord (15 km). A pochi metri c'è un parcheggio con disco orario, appena più lontano è disponibile il maxiparcheggio gratuito 24 h.
