Enjoy the Dock Access, Swimming area and Fire Pit area or relax on your own private deck with BBQ and fire table which spans the width of the unit. Come visit sunny Sproat Lake and recreational opportunities. Bring your own watercraft for use at the private slip.

Hike or bike the Alberni Valley's recreational trails, visit Stamp Falls Provincial park (just across the road), or take a day trip to Tofino and Ucluelet.
