This gite is tucked away right in the heart of this beautiful, rural, French village. A short 2 minute walk from the local bakery, butchers, supermarket, pharmacy, bank and bar/restaurant . “Le gîte de pépé” est une charmante petite maison avec extérieur. Elle a été entièrement rénovée et équipée pour que vous y passiez un séjour des plus confortables. Idéale pour 4, elle peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes. Située dans la petite cité de caractère Lassay-les-Châteaux, élue 3e village préféré des Français 2023, vous trouverez à quelques mètres le château médiéval, tous les commerces utiles ainsi que l’office de tourisme. De nombreuses balades peuvent être effectuées depuis le gîte.

Stay & relax in our cozy cottage with views of the rolling hills of the French countryside. Located in lower Normandy, our self catering cottage is surrounded by sweet little villages with shops, outdoor markets & more. Plenty of brocantes in the area for those who love to thrift. Mont St Michel is just under an hour & the WWII beaches are 1.5 hrs away. Just down the road is a family friendly entertainment park open in summer months only. Plus wonderful orchards to visit for a calvados tasting.

Cute little house in the town

Relax at this unique and cute little house. Situated in the town yet still in a peaceful location with lovely views from the garden. A very short walk to all the local amenities including a bakery, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. There is also clog museum situated next door if you want to make your own wooden shoes. Turn left out the house and you are on a nice country walk. The lake is a short walk away with childrens park and fishing. Parking next to the house in front of the mini golf.

Our Gite is a comfortable, well equipped two bedroom/four person traditional French house near Mantilly, with a shared heated pool, a private hot tub area and plenty of outdoor space. 3* rated 2021. There are many places to walk/cycle in the Normandie-Maine Natural Park. Nearby are the pretty towns of Domfront and Lassay-Les-Chateaux. Easy access to the Falaise pocket, Mont St Michel & the Normandy coast. Mantilly has a small shop. Hypermarkets ~15 minutes.
