We are in the middle of the village of Highclere on a country lane with many beautiful walks on the doorstep. A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven.” The studio is brand new and built to high standards. The studio is a 15 minutes walk to Wokingham train station and town centre.

It is situated on a quiet country lane, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), and has views across the neighbouring fields. It is within easy reach of the A34 and M4, and the local market towns of Newbury, Wantage and Hungerford. The nearest pub for good food and a drink is a short walk away and the local farm shop is close by.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

The Little Forge
