Benvenuto a casa mia! Dopo un breve scambio conoscitivo e un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, cucineremo insieme un menù tipico genovese (un antipasto, un primo piatto di pasta, un secondo e un dolce) e vi racconterò un po' di storia e di curiosità sulla cucina ligure e sulle sue tradizioni Mangeremo poi quanto cucinato con la mia famiglia (e' compresa acqua illimitata e una bottiglia di vino ogni due ospiti!) Condivido molto volentieri ciò che ho imparato da mia mamma, mia suocera e dai corsi di cucina che ho frequentato: non sono uno chef professionista!!!

Let's have fun cooking together! Come and learn how to prepare some typical dishes of the Genoese tradition. I will accompany you by telling you the story of the dishes we will cook. After immersing ourselves in the preparation of the dishes, we will have lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea, sipping Italian red wine. At the end of the experience, you will receive your recipe booklet and if you wish, some of the food we have prepared. During the class you will learn how to prepare authentic Ligurian food. We will prepare three different doughs, the filling and I’ll share some tips with you. At the end we will eat together what we prepared: Focaccia,, Torta Cappuccina (a vegetable pie), Pansoti (Ligurian ravioli filled with a cheese similar to ricotta and borage) and of course Salsa di Noci (walnut sauce). If you want we can even decide to prepare alternative dishes in advance (at least one week before the lesson). For intolerances and allergies, we inform you that the following products/ingredients will be used: Milk and milk-based products Nuts Egg Flour Garlic Sweet beets Borage Extra virgin olive oil Bread

EMOTIONAL TOUR ! We'll walk through old downtown along small streets to find out charming squares, stately buildings, hidden churches and medieval towers which tell us anecdotes, recent stories and old tales; you'll discover this area as if you were a true well cultured Genoese ! Experience is for slow walkers travelers interested in Arts, History and Life Tales :)

In Anna's kitchen you will be invited to cook Ligurian style the old way, using mortar and pestle to make pesto sauce and other traditional sauces. Even more you will be taught how to make fresh pasta like Lasagne or Pansotti and dress them with typical sauces. Vegetables pies, seafood and a colorful variety of focaccias Ligurian style will be the extra choices for making up your favourite workshop menus. Anna is fluent either in English and French and will lead you into the genuine Ligurian culture and traditions through her recipes. Local wine and a final meal will be offered in the cozy garden overlooking the gulf.

The tour takes place on the green hills of Monferrato and we will head towards pine forests, lakes and rivers where it will be possible to have a refreshing break during summertime. Depending on the level of skills of the participants I can tailor a tour in order to allow anyone to enjoy a nice day in the open air. No one will be disappointed: from the agonist to the family! And after the ride, we could go to one of the many typical restaurants to taste the delicacies and flavors of the products of the gastronomic tradition, but also and above all the wine that made this region well-known all over the world (i.e. Gavi and Dolcetto di Ovada). Furthermore, a guided tour means to get tips and suggestions to improve your riding technique! We will leave from Framura port, to escape from the confusion of mass tourism. Aboard a comfortable 6.5 meter boat, we will leave for Bonassola where we will pass in front of its bay for a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters of the "Prie Rosse", a fascinating spot where you can snorkel in crystal clear waters and not reachable if not by boat. We will admire the beautiful villa overlooking the sea and then head towards Framura. Passing through the beach of "Porto Pidocchio" we will head off the beaches of "Valla '", beautiful sandy beaches difficult to reach and still little known. We will leave from the pier in Monterosso at about 10 a.m. You’ll get to admire the colorful five seaside villages from the sea, while we will tell you all about the history, the geographical and cultural curiosities that characterize this region. Meanwhile you’ll enjoy a delicious aperitif with focaccia, pesto and other typical local products, sipping prosecco and listening to music or simply to the sweet sea lapping. We will discover beautiful coves and dive to snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the National Park. After a short glide we will stop in Porto Venere for you to discover this amazing village described by Lord Byron, Shelley, George Sand and other great poets. We will also visit the suggestive Church of San Pietro, an ancient temple with a stunning view on the coastline. In the low season, not too chaotic and sultry, we'll also stop for a visit to the quaint village of Vernazza, or we will finish the tour enjoying the local crystal clear sea once more. A Cinque Terre Sunset Boat Tour is the most romantic and scenic tour you can experience when visiting the area! Orario abbastanza flessibile, tendenzialmente partenza verso le 6,30 per esplorare la riviera di Portofino con l'ultimo sole, bagni senza limiti nelle calette più nascoste e rinomate tra Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso e Camogli; per finire con un aperitivo mozzafiato al tramonto nel posto che vi è piaciuto di più. La serata si conclude con un rientro verso ill punto di partenza verso le 9 mentre il sole cala e ci regala dei colori unici. Apero SUP (Stand Up Paddle) at sunset in the wonderful bay of Capolungo (Nervi). Meeting at 18:45 at the beach of Capolungo. We will begin our excursion to explore with the SUP the Riviera of the Golfo Paradiso. We will visit small beaches and hidden coves that can only be reached from the sea, fully enjoying their beauty. During our way back, we will be able to admire an unforgettable sunset before returning to Capolungo, where we will be able to relax while enjoying an aperitif on the beach accompanied by typical Ligurian products. If you are at your first experience in SUP (Stand Up Paddle), the guide will teach you how to paddle in complete safety to make you completely independent on the board. In questa lezione di cucina imparerai a cucinare uno dei piatti più tipici della tradizione ligure partendo da zero: naturalmente sto parlando della pasta al pesto! Impasteremo pasta fresca di diverso tipo: corzetti,trenette,gnocchi,testaroli o trofie, utilizzando utensili tradizionali ed impareremo le tecniche per modellarla. Dopodiché prepareremo il famoso pesto con gli ingredienti autentici, ovviamente con l'uso di mortaio e pestello! Ti accoglieremo con un aperitivo/spuntino di benvenuto nella nostra meravigliosa location, un giardino fiorito a due passi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza Principe e una volta preparato il nostro piatto pranzeremo insieme.

We will take you to the oldest part of the historical center and walk through an off beaten itinerary: there's really a lot to see in Genoa, but you need to be willing to observe details cause the beauty of the old town is more likely to be revealed to those who are determined to discover it. We will take you to some charming spots of the city I'm sure you'd hardly find by yourself and make you travel through time by telling stories accompanied by the sound of a small guitar. Nos encontraremos en la estación de Cavi di Lavagna, un pequeño y característico pueblo lejos de los principales flujos turísticos. Aquí caminaremos juntos por uno de los senderos que en la antigüedad las mujeres a cargo de transportar las famosas planchas de pizarra desde los sitios de extracción hasta los almacenes ubicados cerca del mar. Una vez en nuestro destino nos encontraremos inmersos en un jardín de olivos con una mesa lista con todo lo necesario para trabajar y aprender a hacer el famoso pesto, una salsa verde típicamente brillante que se originó en Génova y es muy popular en la cocina italiana.

we will leave aboard a comfortable boat for the fascinating 5 lands. swimming in coves accessible only from the sea, snorkeling surrounded by colorful fish and the view of the wonderful 5 lands from a unique point of view! Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore the 5 wonders that inspired poets and writers and where the last disney film Luca was set, from a privileged point of view: the sea! And to conclude with a flourish, an aperitif on board will be offered based on local wine and homemade focaccia from our oven!
