We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

This luxurious, attractive corner apartment with sunny balcony and courtyard is located just 10 minutes from the center and Central Station. The living room is unique because of the beautiful high ceilings with a skylight and has a modern kitchen that is fully equipped. The spacious but cosily furnished bedroom is adjacent to the luxurious bathroom with walk-in rain shower and separate toilet. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Anna's Hoeve nature reserve, the heathland and supermarkets.

Dit tiny guesthouse/kamer is gelegen in de achtertuin naast onze woning. Gevestigd in het Gooi, midden in het centrum van het bruisende dorp Laren. Met restaurants, boetieks, winkels en de Brink op loopafstand (100m) is dit de perfecte plek. De ruimte is 10m2 en er staat een twijfelaar (bed) van 140/200cm. Badkamer met toilet, waskom en regendouche. De kamer biedt geen koelkast en geen plek om te eten. Parkeren kan (kosteloos) op de oprit naast het woonhuis. Meest geschikt voor 1 persoon.

In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin dichtbij. In 25 minuten met de auto zit je in het centrum van Amsterdam. Met openbaar vervoer (3 minuten lopen) ongeveer een uur . De omgeving is groen en heeft veel wandel en fietsroutes en in het dorp is alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt . Supermarkten, cafés , restaurants en winkels . Ook zijn er veel leuke uitstapjes mogelijk naar Naarden vesting (10 min)of naar Loosdrechtse plassen. Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt.

Gezinswoning in hartje Laren

In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin binnen handbereik. 5 min lopen naar het dorp en binnen 5min fiets je in de mooie natuur op de hei. Een dagje Amsterdam of Utrecht? Beide maar 20 min rijden. Er is een bushalte voor de deur die je naar Hilversum centraal brengt en daar kun je de trein nemen. Alles super centraal en in een rustige omgeving. Het dorp heeft veel restaurants en mooie winkels. Voor de kleintjes ook veel leuke plekken om te spelen.

The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

Cosy farm in Laren

Heerlijk rustig plekje en toch middenin de gezelligheid van Laren. Het weilandje achter het huis geeft een mooi uitzicht. Momenteel zoek ik iemand die voor 2 weken of iets langer wil huren in de maand mei of juni.
