The neighborhood is quiet located towards the upscale residential areas of Ebisu and Daikanyama. With so many stylish restaurants, cafes, this is a wonderful location. The rooms on the top floor of the new modern apartment are very clean and comfortable. Please spend an extraordinary private space with your loved ones.

There is no elevator on the 4th floor.

This quaint wooden house, originally built in 1970 in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, has been reborn in 2023. Collaborating with some architects, we aimed to preserve the essence of Japan's tradition while infusing a modern and creative touch into the design. From this open and well-ventilated room, you can embrace the gentle light and breeze from outside, allowing you to experience the allure of Japanese architecture that seamlessly connects the indoors with the outdoors.

Authentic Japanese Charm: Tranquil Tokyo Townhouse

Walking down the alley, you will find a quiet, car-free atmosphere and a traditional wooden townhouse. Birds chirping and children laughing echo through the house, blending in with life and making this your second home. Entire rental The bedroom on the first floor can be used as an exhibition space or workspace. The second floor is bedroom only. This small house has been the setting for downtown living since immediately after the earthquake 100 years ago.

Our home is best for families, remote workers or people who like to relax after a long day.
