Kusane Farm Cottage is perched high above the stunning Karkloof valley, midway between Howick and Curry's Post on the Midlands Meander, with its fine restaurants and shopping. For the nature lover there are peaceful walks on the farm and good birding, horse-riding and mountain biking. With easy access to the N3, it is approximately half an hour from Pietermaritzburg and just over four hours to Johannesburg. The cottage has two bedrooms, each with double bed, a modern bathroom, and a large lounge/dining room/ kitchen with stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer. It has full satellite TV and Internet.

Tiny Gateside

A charming, fully self-catered family cottage. Main bedroom has king bed or it can be twin singles and the smaller children's bedroom has two single beds. A tastefully furnished sitting room with traditional victorian fireplace leads through to the dining/kitchenette area. The bathroom has shower over bath and there is a lovely private verandah on which to sit and relax. This cottage has a "pocket garden" fenced-off at the front so that toddlers can be kept safe from the pool area and it is also a pet-friendly unit.

Built in 1896, this is one of the original Natal Midlands farmhouses, made from traditional blue cut stone, yellowwood floorboards and wrap around verandah. The house is surrounded by an established garden and is a truly unique family-friendly home. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite). The Pool Cottage next to the house can also be booked as an additional/5th bedroom if needed. Guest WC, sitting room, dining room, wrap around verandah, TV room. Full DSTV, WiFi and swimming pool.

There is plenty to do and see on the farm with multiple shops, restaurants, kids play area, food garden and more also on the property. Work out at the gym, grab a morning coffee, pick up some fresh bread, and forage for your lunch- all a short walk from where you’ll be staying.
