Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

En este acogedor alojamiento pasarás un buen rato. Vista al lago y a todo el campo. La conexión con el transporte público es muy buena, por lo que se puede llegar rápidamente a las ciudades de Zúrich, Zug y Lucerna. El apartamento está situado en un bonito barrio y el lago está a tiro de piedra. Allí se encuentran el Badi, una cancha de voleibol de playa y instalaciones de entrenamiento. El apartamento está decorado con materiales de alta calidad.

Familien mit Kindern willkommen, Rauchen und Parties in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.

Oase mitten in der Stadt

Die Einrichtung ist hell, modern und gemütlich. Der Schlafbereich verfügt über ein Doppelbett (180x200 cm). Der Arbeits- und Essbereich ist hell und mit Blick in den Vorgarten. Der kleine Sitzplatz ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Das Studio liegt zentral in der Stadt. In Sichtweite zum Studio befindet sich die Bahnlinie. Die Züge fahren langsam, sind aber hörbar. Ab Mitternacht fahren keine Züge mehr und die Nachtruhe ist gewährleistet.

Die Villa Kunterbunt ist ein sehr charmantes Haus mit zauberhaftem Blick auf den Zürichsee. Das Haus wurde 2020 komplett renoviert und offeriert drei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Boxspringbetten, 2 Bäder, 1 voll ausgestattete Küche und 1 Wohn- und Esszimmer. Der Garten bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Zürichsee. Im Garten befindet sich ein Gemüsebeet und ein Hühnerstall (ohne Hahn!). Mindestaufenthalt: 2 Nächte

This is a private house located in a quiet, green area. 20 minutes driving distance from Zurich city center. Few steps away from the forest and the Wildnispark (free entrance zoo). The house includes: 3 Bedrooms with double beds. Living room with opening into private garden. Dining Room. Kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom. Multiple parking spots on the property.

Verbringe eine erholsame Zeit in meinem Gartenstudio. Es ist in einem ruhigen, grünen Quartier gelegen. Der Zürichsee ist nur 1 km entfernt. Das Dorfzentrum ist hübsch und strahlt viel Freundlichkeit aus. Und wenn du möchtest, besuchst du die Städte Zürich, Rapperswil und Einsiedeln ganz einfach mit der S Bahn.
