Meet and greet with us at Ammoudi (Oia's port) at 07:50, Transfer by sea bus to Thirasia island which is only 10 minutes away from Santorini. After a short safety briefing about the e bikes and the island our tour begins. Through uphills and downhills we will cycle to deserted villages, cave houses, monasteries, ( some protected by Unesco ) Amazing Caldera views will escort us along our way. Tranquility and silence will calm your soul. All your senses will arise from the wildness on the island, smells and tastes from the herbs, fruits and the fresh bread!! After 2.5 hrs of cycling we stop at MITATO, an old winery with local and Cretan delicacies for lunch and of course local wine! After lunch we walk down to Korfos bay, the traditional port of Thirasia to pick up the boat and return back to Santorini! LEARN MOSAIC IN ATHENS A four (4) hours course in the center of Athens, right above the Ancient cemetery of Keramicos and very close to the Acropolis and the historical center of Athens, we teach people how to create their own mosaic based on Ancient Greek, Roman and modern designs. Using the direct method our participients will be able to create their mosaic and take it to their home in four hours. Pick up in Chania centro o vicino al vostro hotel. Il percorso sara' personalizzato in base alle vostre preferenze, capacita' e gusti. La prima tappa a Meskla, lì faremo una breve passeggiata nella GOLA DI SARAKINA, questa bellissima gola combina l'escursionismo nella natura con l'alpinismo; di breve lunghezza e facile da percorrere, è attraversata dal fiume Knopotamos ed è definita dalla sua ricca vegetazione e dai piccoli laghi che si creano vicino alle rocce. Successivamente ci recheremo al villaggio di Zourva a 572 m di altezza ai piedi delle Montagne Bianche. Gli abitanti del villaggio salvaguardano la cultura e l'ospitalità cretesi in modo che rimangano intatte e inalterate. Faremo una breve pausa per un pasto leggero in taverna prima di continuare la nostra passeggiata in nella foresta di pini sovrastante la gola di Tromarisa e la spettacolare vista verso il nord e il mare. Gradualmente scenderemo verso il villaggio di Theriso , fermandoci in un caseificio tradizionale aperto dal 1928! Attraverseremo la bellissima gola di Theriso, lunga 6 km, accompagna il fiume alberato ed è circondata dal verde di castagni e querce. Naturalmente la gola è anche una splendida passeggiata nell'aria pulita di montagna, ed è popolare per gli scalatori e gli escursionisti. Rientro accompagnato.

At our farm, every child and adult will get the chance of becoming a stock breeder and a cheese maker for a day! You'll meet all the domestic animals of our farm, our goats, sheep, dogs, cats, hens and geese, partridges as well as our colorful peacocks. You could feed, pet and take photos with them. Thereafter, you could watch and take part in the two distinct ways of milking goats and sheep: the traditional way, using only the hands, as well as the modern way of milking. You will be informed on how to breed and care for our animals, their usefulness and all the products, which we're able to produce, using their milk. Next stop is our family cheese cottage, where you'll get useful information on the production of traditional Cretan cheeses and desserts, which we produce using the milk from our farm, while at the same time, together we will make one of them.
