Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. 'Wild Pistachio'is located in a huge,beautiful garden with wild pistachio trees, pines, lemon trees, lavender, geraniums and many other plants that characterize the vegetation of Aegina. 'Wild Pistachio' is a one room house with 2 beds, kitchen facilities for preparing simple food,a bathroom located outside from the main building and a huge garden surrounded by a high stone wall. 2'walk to the sea, 17' walk to town, 25' walk to the port!!

FLEUR DE TILIA

Μέσα σ' ένα ευλογημένο τόπο δημιουργήσαμε με πολύ μεράκι ένα ανεξάρτητο σπιτάκι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Οι πρόγονοι της οικογένειας το 1905 κατασκεύασαν αυτό το κτίριο με τη νεοκλασική τάση της εποχής, γιά τη χρήση ενός μικρού εμπορικού καταστήματος. Σήμερα σκεφτήκαμε να το ανακαινίσουμε και να προσφέρουμε άνεση και ηρεμία στον επισκέπτη, μέσα σε ένα καταπράσινο αγρόκτημα γεμάτο ορτανσίες, οπωροφόρα δένδρα και με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου πελάγους. Δίπλα είναι το παλιό αρχοντικό του 1737

There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!
