We will look at and talk about Copenhagen's characteristic designs, buildings unique decoration, thoughtful designs, beautiful colours and the special layout and paving of the squares and roads of this beautiful capital. Furthermore you will be given an insight into the design initiatives Copenhagen is putting in place to tackle the climate crisis and the health of its citizens. Other things to note Participants in wheelchairs, prams and pushchairs are very welcome.

We present you Tales of Reval - a new way to experience Tallinn. Our job is not to fill your heads with names and numbers, but instead we want to make you proud of the fact that you have discovered Tallinn - the hidden pearl of the Baltic Sea! What makes Tales of Reval special is that we have combined traditional guiding with street performance and storytelling, thus creating a fully immersive experience into the history of Tallinn. This means that the people coming to our show will actually pay attention, and, by physically playing through the stories, remember our tales and the place that they visited for years to come. Quedaremos en uno de los lugares más famosos del icónico centro de Estocolmo. Haremos un repaso de los planes de tu viaje e intereses para decidir que ruta tomar. Durante nuestro tour explorando la ciudad me encargaré de hacer fotos capturando los momentos y la ciudad que nos rodea, a la vez que charlamos sobre la cultura nórdica. No nos centraremos en retratos muy posados, más bien tomas naturales y espontáneas. En ciertos lugares quizá me centraré mas en la fotografía y ¡me encargaré de dirigir las tomas para sacar lo mejor de ti! También podemos tomarnos una cerveza, un helado o un aperitivo y celebrar tu viaje. Entre 48-96h después de la experiencia recibirás entre 20 y 40 fotos profesionales editadas y de alta calidad para recordar tu tiempo en Estocolmo. You will meet up with your guide and the rest of the group at a central meeting point. After an initial welcome, all guests will be paired with their own easy-to-handle bicycle. After a few safety instructions you will ride on to your first food stop on the tour. Here, you will start off by having an award-winning hot dog in true Danish fashion. You can enjoy riding on some of the best urban bike lanes of the world, while riding on to your next stop. Next, you will visit one of the best food markets the city has to offer, where you will try a traditional Danish fish-meatball, as well as a locally brewed beer. This is then followed by a delicious Danish chocolate dessert called Flødebolle. Your guide will entertain with some storytelling while you enjoy your tastings. Your group will continue to a restaurant that serves some delicious Danish Smørrebrød, which are open faced sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients you can find. Finally, the group will try some freshly-made Danish pastries as a dessert to conclude the tour.

Do you know the taste of a fresh butter baked Danish pastry? A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. But this is also a great chance to meet new people. Recipes: Very detailed recipes will be sent to your email after the class, so it is important that you leave your email-address. This also means that you can concentrate on the baking part and take great pictures of your lovely pastries. Children: From 11 years old are welcome in the class if with a paying adult. From the age of 13 years, a child can participate alone - but please contact me before booking so that I can confirm. I only accept paying participants in the kitchen. You ll get from me a bike tour of 3 hours in green wonderful Copenhagen that will make you NOT to forget this world class city. Meeting point - Rosenborg cykler where you pay the shop 70 kr to rent a bike. If it's a private tour - I ll customized the tour for you per your interests (food, culture, architecture, history). Otherwise the standard basic tour consists of seeing the main attractions (with my favorite hidden gems as a local):-) You will discover the heart of the city: The Round Tower, Rosenborg Castel, The king's garden, Nyboder, The Citadel, The Little Mermaid, Gefion's Fountain, Amalienborg, Nyhavn, Marbel church, ,Opera House, King's New Square, Christianhavn. Vi finns med hela vägen och visar hur vi går från färska äpplen till nypressad, pastöriserad, ofiltrerad äppelmust. En lyx att ha hemma under vinterhalvåret! Halvvägs genom mustningen avnjuter vi fika - självklart hemlagad äppelpaj.

-First we try out the kayak you will use. And we go over safety. -The kayaks are sea kayaks. -Then I will show on a map where we will go and tell you a bit about the route. -Depending if you have never kayaked before or not, will determine the distance. -Then we kayak. -It is ok to take photos during the kayak tour.

This workshop is an introduction into how we taste and the key attributes we look for when evaluating coffee. It's a fun, interactive way to begin to understand how we best use our sense of smell and taste to evaluate coffee. Designed for coffee enthusiasts or those just getting into better quality coffee and wishing to explore their palate. The 2 way communication workshop includes: -Meet & greet and tour and our coffee story. -An informative discussion on specialty coffee and the journey it travels upon. -A professional industry coffee cupping. -A Q&A -A complimentary sample bag of green coffee to try roasting at home. -Brewed coffee or espresso afterwards. I will welcome you in my home so not only you get a chance to meet the Swedish culture at home from a swede but also you get to know the ingredients and it’s origin and what we will make from it. I will present the traditional Swedish baking and give you the chance to make for exemple Cinnamon buns and Cardamom buns. This is a hands-on-experience where you do the baking and of course I will instruct you step by step. Seasonal variations will be offered, for example, we Can bake ginger bread and Saffron buns closer to Christmas and during the year there are some other variations. Cinnamon and Cardamon buns are the base. I will introduce you into the whole process of making supergood buns and to conclude we take a coffee or Thea and eat some of what we have made. Don't worry if you can't pose, I will direct you, but the poses will still look natural. IMPORTANT: The only way to guarantee that the photoshoot will be private is to use the "book for a private group" option, even if it is for just one person. We will meet at Riddarholmen (near the ships), and take a walk around this beautiful islet which offers a great view of the City Hall, picture-perfect views of Södermalm and features a gorgeous church. After, we will go to the old town, where we will take photos in colorful cobbled alleys, a beautiful hidden square, and we end up at the famous square Stortorget. This route features stunning architecture,, and I will be photographing you in the most flattering light available. Feel free to bring a change of clothing if you want.
