Het is een gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam zit. Rondom de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

Step out of the house to walk along the 'rotte' the river rotterdam gets its name from. or wander into the cute village of Zevenhuizen for some shopping or a lovely meal out. Biking, walking, its at your doorstep. The park offers a gym and a pool, both at an extra cost but within a few minutes walk.

De bungalow ligt aan de buitenrand en heeft prachtig uitzicht over de weilanden. In de ruime tuin kan je perfect eten tijdens mooie zomerse avonden.

Located at the waters edge lies Dijkcottage. This 6-person thatched cottage offers plenty peace and quiet. The cottage includes a fenced garden, right on the water where you can catch fish. Dijkcottage is located on a park called 'De Poldertuin' and because of its location it provides complete privacy.
