L' appartamento è situato a pochi metri dal lago maggiore in un paesino caratteristico al confine con la svizzera. E' un bilocale composto da angolo cottura più camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli richiudibili e bagno privato. Inoltre sono presenti due balconi vista lago attrezzati per poter mangiare all'esterno. Area esterna comune attrezzata con barbecue, tavolo e piscina idromassaggio. disponibile da luglio a Agostopressi dell'appartamento transita la ferrovia merci.

Mein Haus ist eine vor gut 100 Jahren erbaute , herrschaftliche Villa, die ich im Laufe der Jahre renoviert habe. Die hohen, großen Räume und das 10 Ar große Grundstück vermitteln Großzügigkeit, man hat Platz in diesem Haus und auch im Garten. Das Dorf Pino liegt knapp hundert Meter über dem Lago Maggiore, was für einen schönen Ausblick sorgt, die 100 Höhenmeter muss man aber auch überwinden. Die Frühstücksbrötchen und anderes Grundsätzliches gibt es im Lädchen nur 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt.

Studio 2 mit Kochnische und Bad

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
