Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Utopia is a newly refurbished, fully furnished, luxurious 2-bedroom (80 m2) apartment in Zavala, Hvar, Croatia. It has a private parking, peaceful garden with a terrace, and a huge balcony overlooking the sea – you will have the feeling of staying in your own villa. It includes high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi, 55-inch 4K smart TV, Netflix, air conditioning, dishwasher, laundry washer, variety of coffee machines, etc. Pets are welcome without extra charge.

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Accomplish your dreams and spend your holidays in a our old autentic dalmatian stone house. House is more than hundred years old and is renovated. It is located in an old, peaceful and quiet part of Zavala on the island of Hvar. The house has a beautiful view of the sea and nearby islands.

Matan's cottage

Our little cottage is situated in an olive grove in Ivan Dolac. It is a cosy little studio apartment for two people who look for little peace and quiet. The beach is 200 metres away and bars, restaurants and market are 500 metres from our little house.
