The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Aan het noordhollandskanaal, op steenworp afstand van het oude centrum en winkelstraten, vele gezellige restaurants en bars, het stadspark om de hoek en treinstation en supermarkt zijn in de buurt. Ook het strand, de duinen en Amsterdam zijn makkelijk te bereiken. Alles is volledig nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. De perfecte uitvalsbasis om Alkmaar en omgeving te ontdekken.

We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

Met veel enthousiasme hebben wij ons oude Herenhuis gerenoveerd en in oorspronkelijke staat hersteld. Op de bel-etage hebben wij een appartement gecreëerd dat wij nu verhuren. Het huis ligt in een levendige wijk op 5 minuten lopen naar het stadshart en op 4 minuten lopen naar het treinstation waarvandaan u in binnen 34 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal bent. Het appartement is recent en met veel aandacht gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien, geheel voor eigen gebruik met balkon.
