Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. BYO Linens and Towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two beach chairs available for your use. If you are looking for a restaurant close by try Stones Throw.

This bright, airy 2nd-floor studio condo sits in a peaceful Cape Neddick setting (on the Ogunquit line), just a 5-minute walk to Perkins Cove. The cozy unit features a separate kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, microwave, convection toaster oven, induction cooktop), a combined sitting/sleeping area, and bathroom with stand-up shower. A Keurig coffee maker is provided for your convenience. We supply a couple of K-Cups to get you started—please bring your favorites to enjoy during your stay!

This tiny house is one of 21 cottages built in 1920. The back of the cottage is a rolling meadow and woods. It feels secluded, yet you are only a mile from all the wonderful happenings in Downtown Ogunquit, Perkins Cove & Ogunquit beach. Come enjoy the beach, shopping and amazing restaurants.
