A further loft bedroom has twin beds (or joined as a superking) and a further single bed. *The private car park is not immediately adjacent to the property so there is no accessible electric charging point for electric cars.

This makes it an ideal base for walkers, close to the Cleveland Way, and Mount Grace Priory. Short drives away are, York and Whitby. On site we have 6 rooms, three are private hot tub rooms and three are double en-suites. We have capabilities to sleep 2-4 in selected hot tub and non-hot tub rooms, great for families or friends. Two of our rooms are now pet-friendly. We also offer the option to book all our rooms for celebrations.
