We call this room The Forge. It is a separate annex room (albeit attached to the house) with a flagged floor perfect for anyone wanting to be away from the main house. As with all the other rooms all the luxuries are laid out for you, a beautiful bathroom with a double shower and luxury towels are ready for you. We are 3 miles from Southport with its many restaurants and unique shopping boulevard (Lord Street) also 6 miles from Ormskirk and Edge Hill University. The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. If required, continental breakfast is available by arrangement.

We are locatedn the Three Peaks route and close to the Pennine Way/Dales way. The property is surrounded by the finest walking and mountain bike trails in England. Two nice rooms in my home

Come and stay with us in our newly decorated rooms in our large home, one king size bed with stylish en-suite shower room, one twin beds with own bathroom. We’re in a quiet suburb of Liverpool, 20 minutes drive from the centre, ten minutes stroll to the main bus route to Liverpool or Southport, free off-road parking at the front of the house. We’ve got a lovely garden to sit in with a pizza oven and barbecue. Little breakfast included- cooked breakfasts on request. We’d love to meet you!

Ingleborough Micro Lodge

Beautiful barn conversion which is ideally situated for walkers and 3 Peaks Challenge adventurers! It offers 3 bedrooms in the main house and is within walking distance of the local pubs, café and train station and has its own private car park for guests. From April 2019 2 (dog friendly) micro lodges/pods will be added and are located in the walled garden area next to the main house, both with private terrace and bbq. Pods are en-suite and equipped with TV, fridge, microwave and sofa.

The single bedroom has a study area and a charming sitting room. There is plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage. Continental breakfast will be served in the breakfast room. We're Karen and Phil, together with our 30 year old son we have lived in our beautiful 5 bedroom Victorian home for 27 years. It was built in 1895 and retains most of its original stunning features! We are conveniently situated 15 min drive from Manchester city centre. The Metrolink is 5 minutes walk away which will take you north, south, east & west of Manchester...including the Manchester Arena and the airport. The M60 - J17 is half a mile away.

Idillic setting directly overlooking the Liverpool/Lancaster Canal open fields and flowing stream. Located in the small hamlet of Claughton-on-Brock. on the edge of the Trough of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales, South Lake District, Coastal towns of Lytham St Annes, Blackpool & Morcambe. Just between Junction 32 & 33 of the M6

Victorian house built in 1892 with some original features and high ceilings. Your bedroom is large with a private bathroom just outside your door (not en-suite). The area is quiet and parking is guaranteed. The small garden is a pleasant space with a running water pond, on sunny mornings our guests really appreciate having breakfast there. The Wayside - Double Room ("Buttermere")

The Wayside is a beautifully renovated hidden gem in an idyllic, secluded location in the Western Lake District, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overlooked by the magnificent Black Combe Fell, and beach access is just a short walk away. Continental breakfast is included and hot breakfast can be served per request with a small surcharge (booked in advance).
