We are ideally situated to explore the West and North coasts, as well as Exmoor. Situated in beautiful Irsha street, enjoy a memorable visit watching the sunrise and gig rowers from your own private balcony on the waters edge. Set over three floors this deceptively spacious cottage has been in the family for well over 150 years. Originally used as a boat building yard it retains lots of character as well as has been tastefully modernised to feature the creature comforts of a sauna, central heating, wood burner, modern bathrooms and a Rangemaster double oven.

The Old Stable-Shippon is in the grounds of an Edwardian former vicarage set in the picturesque hamlet of Dowland in the heart of the unspoilt Devon countryside. It is on the ground floor of a renovated cottage which was built in 1862.The Shippon benefits from its own delightful garden and enjoys sole access to The Green House Spa which offers a hot tub, sauna and shower area. On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.
