The cottage is situated in the village of Rockford, 4 miles walk from Lynmouth or a short drive. It boasts modern appliances and design. Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed. The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

On arrival you will be greeted by Sue with a complimentary bottle of pink sparkling wine, fresh ground coffee and milk. The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. We have 1 parking space & shared onsite facilities of a heated indoor swimming pool/sauna/gym/games room/EV chargers & a hot outdoor shower for post surf or post sandy walk.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Privately owned chalet in Bideford Bay park. Quiet, convenient location with sea view. Close to on site shop, play area, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. (Note: these facilities only available from Mid March to October) The park (8 miles from Bideford) is close to beaches and local attractions (by car) and is a perfect base for exploring the area. The chalet has 2 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living area Bathroom has shower/basin/toilet. Double glazing throughout. Panel heaters.

Set in the peaceful North Devon countryside, just a few minute’s drive from Woolacombe, our cosy cottage is a place to remember. We’ve included plenty of touches that will make it feel like your home as well as ours. In a quiet corner of beautiful Willingcott Valley’s landscaped grounds, summer guests (June to Sept) can access the heated outdoor swimming pool. Our neighbouring property (Bay Tree Cottage – four doors along), means we can accommodate groups of up to ten (plus two infants).

We also have 3 ½ acres of woodlands at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.
