Built in 1927, this charming home has just enough room to be comfortable for sleeping and lounging. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, gas/coal grill on back porch for cook out or plenty of restaurants within a mile or two. The backyard has a garden and fenced in area for dogs to play. Beaver lake is a few minutes walk from house with a 2 mile trail around it. Some of the best road cycling in the world is available from the front door. Mt. biking is 15-45 minutes drive. Our family—including two young children—lives upstairs. If you’re sensitive to normal household noise, this may not be the best fit, but many guests find it private and perfect for a relaxing stay.

Relax and unwind with the whole family or friends in our 4 Bedroom and 3 Full Bath modern home nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sit out on the spacious deck to watch the sunset and view the gorgeous mountains, or sit by the fire pit and enjoy the sounds of the birds and sometimes turkeys. Within walking distance of Reynolds Village, which is filled with delicious restaurants and unique shops, while just minutes drive to downtown Asheville (6 minutes).

Comfortable one bedroom basement apartment with private patio, mountain views and separate entry (owners live upstairs). The apartment is stylishly appointed, with a full kitchen and bathroom and off street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to downtown and within walking distance of Beaver Lake. Please be aware there is upstairs foot traffic noise. To minimize the noise, we provide disposable ear plugs, a sound machine and a fan.
