There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size murphy bed in the living area that can be made private with a room divider curtain. We are right off of 19/23 and Interstate 26, 5 minutes to downtown Asheville and 5 minutes to Weaverville. The kitchen has a microwave and a cooktop, no oven.

The space comes with apple tv, which will allow you to stream any service you may have. We have included netflix and prime video, so you have something to watch. :)

Your own private entrance to your completely private space. Large family room. Kitchenette/dining room. Gorgeous bedroom. Cool bathroom. Desk area for work.

Apartment with a View

Comfortable one bedroom basement apartment with private patio, mountain views and separate entry (owners live upstairs). The apartment is stylishly appointed, with a full kitchen and bathroom and off street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to downtown and within walking distance of Beaver Lake. Please be aware there is upstairs foot traffic noise. To minimize the noise, we provide disposable ear plugs, a sound machine and a fan.
