All are welcome to stay in my cosy, quiet property. Easily accessible by public transport and a short trip to the town centre, it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance, being completely private with its own patio and parking space. You’re free to use my garden with its sheltered hammock swing - perfect for shade in the heat or shelter for rain, converting to a bed. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or bake, using the KitchenAid mixer. Indulge!

The 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated along the main high street in Newton Le Willows within 5min walk numerous local amenities, restaurants, pubs-The Oak Tree, Pied Bull, The Balcony, Riddling Rack, The Firkin, The Stocks Tavern, Verona Italian, Chancello Italian, Dragon and Phoenix Chinese, Amans Indian. Boutique shops, salons, train station within 5min walk to Manchester, Liverpool and Chester. Many local places to visit including Haydock Race Course and Knowsley Safari Park.

The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

The first floor at the back of an artists home in a quiet cul de sac, 10 minute walk to Lymm Village, 5 mins to Lymm Dam. Your own access is up a spiral staircase. A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.
