This is a self contained studio adjacent to our home - the kitchenette does not include an oven or stovetop however there is a Weber baby BBQ, a toaster, microwave, fridge and sandwich maker. We offer free WiFi and Netflix.

‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.

You will love the Crows Nest as soon as you arrive! Located high up on the hill overlooking Merimbula Bay, lake and town. The view is stunning! You will have exclusive use of the lower level of my house with separate entrance. It offers a large openplan lounge, kitchenette, separate bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom.
