There is a brand new screened in pavilion that sits next to the pond, newly restored tennis courts sit at the bottom of the hill and have two tennis nets, two pickleball nets and a shuffleboard area. The master bedroom is a retreat in itself, with a walk in shower, a floating tub, a towel warmer and a bidet.
