Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. New in September 2022, a lakeside log cabin in a tranquil setting in Exmoor National Park with stunning lake views and direct access to Wimbleball Lake. This is a dog-friendly location and is perfect for those that enjoy walking, water sports or simply just relaxing. There are kayaking, sailing and stand-up paddle boarding available just an 8 minute walk away along the shore of the lake. A secluded location in a designated dark sky area and ideally situated to explore Exmoor National Park.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Experience a peaceful retreat in our charming shepherd’s hut, located in an ancient orchard in Devon. Surrounded by apple and plum trees, listen to the sweet songs of birds and the gentle clucking of chickens. A nature pond, often with nesting moorhens, is a few steps away. Relax with the chiminea or barbecue under the stars, whilst soaking in the outdoor bath. Secure bicycle storage with a rack for two bikes is available. Woodleigh is a pretty, comfortable cottage, in its own quiet, beautiful private garden just a few minutes' walk from Dulverton's shops, awarding-winning restaurants and pubs. With a large log fire, wooden beams and located inside Exmoor National Park, it's the perfect base to explore the beautiful scenery and wildlife, or just relax. There's free, off-street parking. During June, July and August, there is access to an outdoor pool, with deck, sunloungers and dining table.
