We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. La Petite Suite is a cozy boutique hotel room alternative in a quiet residential Burlington neighborhood only 2 miles from downtown. The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

The Shepherd's Crook at Blue Pepper Farm

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Akin to glamping!
