Peaceful, welcoming haven, on quiet leafy street. Walking distance to Trader Joe's and city swimming pool. Private entrance, covered balcony, overlooking garden. Two clean, light bedrooms (1 Q, 1 S) Bright living space with kitchenette. There is no sink in the kitchenette.... you can leave dirty dishes in a bus tub for me. I love kids, but this is not suitable for 2 and under. Desks in both bedrooms. No tv, yes wifi. This apt is part of my house, but the door between them is always locked.

The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. This 450 sq ft apartment has a private deck, cozy sitting room w/double futon, 40" TV w/Roku, dining table & kitchenette. The bedroom has a comfy King bed & vanity/desk. We have A/C as well!
