Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Marlbro is a super 1 bedroom mezzanine apartment with stunning sea views. Situated on the harbour at the top of the Old High Street it’s a great base to explore or simply unwind and enjoy the view! Marlbro is a short stroll into town and around 20 minute’s walk to Gyllangvase beach. The High Street’s new and old offer amazing restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, plus the best bakery in town right on your doorstep. Marlbro has the added benefit of a secure parking space.
