You'll have the entire ground floor, a two-room suite with large window views of Mt. Hood & the Columbia River. Windsurfers, kiters & sailboats zip across the river right below your hot tub & patio. The bedroom has a TV & comfortable queen bed. The TV room has a gas fireplace & 46-inch TV. Our food prep area has a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and fridge. It does not have a sink or stove. White Salmon is 3/4 mile away and Hood River is 10 min. away, directly across the river.

Great for the whole family, multiple families, couples and friends! Minutes from Main Street and all the Gorge has to offer. Recreation, wine tasting, and dining. 10 minutes to Hood River. Home sits on a 1/2 acre with spa, sport court for basketball, Pickle Ball, volley ball, and badminton. Deck, gas bbq and fire pit. Inside Sonos music system w/ turntable and a 65" OLED TV w/ surround sound for movie time. 3 night minimum in the summer and 2 nights the rest of the time. Come relax and enjoy!

Elsie's View: Cozy Vintage/Modern Cabin

We are nestled in the woods within a stone's throw of the stunning White Salmon River. Our cabin dates to the 1920s (one of the oldest in the area but we recently updated it). 4 people max. We are best for 1 or 2 adult couples (one queen and one full size bed are available). A couple with one or two kids works okay too. What doesn’t work great are 4 adults who sleep separately since that means using the pull out couches downstairs. Well-behaved dogs okay with advance notice.

Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.

Our cozy 1 bedroom (queen bed) cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape. Located on 26 acres where deer and turkey roam. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Please be aware that a 4WD vehicle may be required for accessing the property during the snowy season of December, January and February. This beautiful one room cabin is nestled up against Conboy Wildlife Refuge near Glenwood, WA and provides a stunning view of Mt Adams, especially from the hot tub or your comfy bed. Deer, turkeys, and herds of elk are commonplace in this nature's wonderland. Enjoy an outdoor shower after a hike, bike ride, or a day in the woods!
