Views from all windows. Look out at the mouth of the Manokin River at Tangier Sound on one side; wetlands on the other side. NO CLEANING OR PET FEE. Rumbley Cottage is enjoyed year- round with a great fireplace. Many amenities: WE PROVIDE THE FIREWOOD AND STARTERS, kayaks, paddle boards, MB toiletries.

The River House

The River House is a historic 1938 cape cod, with a stylish sailing theme, in a peaceful waterfront setting. It is centrally-located on Delmarva, with easy day trips to explore in every direction—St. Michael’s, Berlin, and Cape Saint May to name a few. It is close to restaurants, Salisbury University, Tidal Health, and downtown Salisbury. Ocean City and Assateague National Park are easy to reach in 30 to 45 minutes. The huge deck and adjoining covered area make it easy to enjoy the view.

You've never seen waterfront like this. Welcome to Edgewater Escape, a luxury bayfront loft apartment that hangs entirely over the bay on 7th street in downtown Ocean City. Sit on the bay front porch or hang out inside and watch boats, dolphin, birds, and sometimes even seals swim by within feet of the porch. The loft has a roomy king sized bed and the downstairs couch pulls out into a comfy queen bed. Recently renovated, it comes fully equipped for your big trip or quiet staycation :)

The cozy loft is located above the apiary workshop. It is a spacious, kind suite with a walk-in bath featuring a rainforest shower. Windows overlook the donkey pasture, river, farm, and gardens. Designed for a true retreat, there is no WiFi, TV, or smoking. For breakfast, travel on over to Sugar Water Restaurant to have a free breakfast with coffee, tea, juice, and more. The Loft includes a small refrigerator plus coffee and tea essentials. Please note: children are not permitted.

The wraparound decks and private balconies are the perfect locations to take in the amazing expansive waterfront views in every direction! Stroll the 150’ boardwalk and enjoy the water views leading to a 200’ pier and 20’ x 20’ dock with boat slip for the avid boater. You will see nature all around you. Fish, crab or just relax off the dock while enjoying the spectacular views and most amazing sunsets!
