This private and spacious studio guest house is located next to our residence. Nestled on 5 acres of towering redwood trees and lush huckleberry bushes in the Westhaven neighborhood, it's perfect for the single traveler or couple (but please note it is not suitable for children or those traveling with pets). An ideal base to explore the Redwoods National Forest, nearby Moonstone beach and scenic downtown Trinidad. The newly renovated ponds teeming with colorful koi make this place extra special!

Bungalow in the Redwoods

This cozy bungalow (225 sq.ft.) is situated on 6 acres of redwood forest within walking distance to the coastal village of Trinidad and 30 minutes drive to the tallest trees in the world, amazing hiking trails and the rugged beaches of the Northern California coast. Immerse yourself in the glories of the redwood forest around an evening fire under the stars. The Bungalow is private, freshly remodeled, clean and comfortable with beautiful afternoon light, shaded in the morning for sleeping in.

Blue Lake Sanctuary

Surrounded by pastures, it's a short walk to the Mad River for swims and walks. The Mad River Brewery is less than a mile up the road. Excellent mountain biking is 1 mile away. In a 15 minute drive you can find the hip town of Arcata, surrounded by redwoods and hiking as well as a majestic coastline. Sundays 10 am to noon we host a family friendly ecstatic dance in the studio adjacent to the apartment. Expect music at that time. Come join us! Public Yoga classes are Tuesday & Saturday am.

Cocooned by Redwoods, Sitka Spruce and Huckleberries. A ladder leads you to the cozy sleeping loft, where you can gaze at the stars through the two huge skylights. Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

Welcome to our secluded grotto surrounded by Redwoods! This modern and quiet space will be a perfect respite for the many reasons you may be coming to Humboldt. Along with our local craftsman, we have created an oasis that will allow you to soak up the Redwoods, listen to the birds and watch the deer graze. Walking distance to the Majestic Arcata Community forest and Cal Poly Humboldt. As Arcata natives, we wanted to bring you a unique and unforgettable Humboldt experience.

Welcome to The Wind and Tide where forest meets sea. Our newly remodeled home is situated on three acres of forested cliffside overlooking the Pacific, just north of the seaside village of Trinidad. Tranquility awaits as you take a dip in the hot tub and relax by the fire pit, soaking up the sounds of sea lions, the views of migrating whales, and sunsets and stargazing galore. Tide-pooling, agate hunting, and exploring Sue-Meg State Park is just a short drive down the road.

Surf Sanctuary Retreat and Sauna: Beach & Redwoods

The Surf Sanctuary retreat is minutes away from remote beaches and redwoods. Please note: Redwood Park is 30 minutes away. The sanctuary is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house with a full kitchen and bathroom. We are located within a 5 minute drive to the beach, and 30 minutes away from Redwood State and National Parks. Perfect launch location for hiking, surfing, cycling and enjoying this amazing place. Enjoy our beautiful quiet space for relaxation and renewal.

A large, open modern, one bedroom studio apartment on the ground floor of a Victorian. There's a stream of activity on the street, walking and biking. It's a swell, safe neighborhood with professors, students, families. Outside the apartment door you may enjoy coffee or a cocktail at the garden table. the Kitchen is complete and part of the living room which works well with the island, sofa, lounge chair, and kitchen table with chairs.

Cozy Redwood Coast Dome

Experience nature in comfort in a glamping dome with an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining. Please read all of the property description before booking. The property is in a redwood forest with a good size meadow for sunshine and flowers. It's a great base camp for exploring the beautiful beaches, Redwood forest and local cities of Trinidad and Arcata. Maximum 3 guests, or 4 guests if one or more guests are under 12.

Popeye's Cottage in the Redwoods

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cozy cottage is nestled on four and a half acres of beautiful second growth redwoods just outside the town of Trinidad. It is a small and simple cottage with three beds and all the necessities needed to cook. The cottage's main heat source is a gas fireplace. WIFI service is available, there is no tv/entertainment center, so bring your laptop if you want to.

This private two-bedroom one bath home located in sunny Blue Lake is a great base for day trips to the Redwood National Parks, ocean, and beautiful hiking trails. The bedrooms have comfortable queen-size beds, and the spacious bathroom features double sinks. The house also boasts a hot tub on the back patio and the large front porch is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Redwood Grove Cottage

Charming, affordable house all to yourself set in a small redwood grove. Nearest neighbor 200ft away through forest. 15 min walk to Trinidad on a country lane. Queen bed in master, comfortable twin bunk beds in tiny second bedroom (adults ok in bunks if less than ~180lb). Bonus playroom/office. Well-stocked kitchen and laundry. Level 2 electric car charging outlet (NEMA 14-50). Well behaved pets ok.
