“The Loft” Guest House w/wifi workspace, gym etc

This unique two story guest house has a style all its own. The Loft has one bedroom upstairs along with a great workspace with excellent WIFI, full size bathroom and closet and a small kitchenette including microwave, fridge, air fryer and Keurig. Room darkening curtains, AC, TV w/Roku, full bath/shower unit, pullout sofa and queen size bed all in a very large and open floor plan! The first floor is set up as a gym/workout room. Ample and easy parking. Use of the outdoor patio area. Adults only.

This beautifully well lit contemporary apartment is located above Stonewall Abbey Wellness in vibrant downtown Sperryville. Private entrance leads you to a gorgeous apartment with a fully supplied kitchen, warm electric fireplace and outdoor eating area (small gas grill). The space is perfect for a couple or two friends to take in our local flavors, such as hiking, mountain/gravel biking, or catching up over beverages from our local breweries and wineries. The living area has plenty of seating with wood burning fireplace and 55” TV mounted above. You can enjoy over 100 cable channels, music and streaming services.

The hot tub is a new feature on the property. It is located on the lower deck. Guests who utilize the hot tub do so at their own risk. In order to ensure your safety and for our protection, no one under the age of 12 is permitted to enter/use the hot tub.
