For the PRICE you see here, you will have the entire land for yourselves, including the 3 houses (can fit 12 people). If you are 4 PEOPLE or LESS and want just one of the 3 houses, the price will be 250$ (weekdays only) and you'll still have the entire place for yourselves, without the access to the other 2 houses.
