The garden/ patio space comes complete with outdoor seating BBQ and 2-3 parking spaces in driveway. The house contains an open kitchen with island, a piano, and a real open fireplace in the lounge. Connect with nature, visit the local palace or jump on the train for a city visit. This beautiful converted steading has it all.

Secluded, peaceful area beside the Black Loch Bumble’s Barn is a beautiful cabin for two adults. Set out with all you need for a relaxing stay. Sky Glass tv with Netflix etc. The hot tub is super. Breakfast hampers, Romance/celebration packages ,can be pre ordered at booking Pets are very welcome. We can provide cages or crates, food dishes and beds We have a treat/ toy box. Towels and blanket. Come and visit our lovely gentle animals, we have Irish Wolfhounds and Buster our Hyacinth Macaw

The property is a 10min walk to the train station which regularly services a short journey to Glasgow and Edinburgh. There are several restaurants in the town and the historic Linlithgow Palace is located next to a loch. The property is 200m from the union canal. A short drive away is Falkirk Wheel and Kelpies.

Superb base for exploring Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling with only 2 min walk to the train station. Also good place to start to visit other more local must visits like the Falkirk wheel and Helix Park with the Kelpies. Off street parking, own entrance and exciting garden space! Great for families!!

A cute wee historic cottage in the Pentland Hills with magnificent views. This home is one of the few properties inside the Pentland Hills regional park. 30 minutes outside of Edinburgh. Harperrig Reservoir is at your door where you can swim and paddle. Endless walks in the Pentlands. Surrounded by farmland. Sit in the hot tub of an evening and watch the colours change in the hills as the sun sets. And wake in the morning to Nespresso coffee.
