We have a beautiful recently purpose-built, self contained annexe. The property contains a hall, a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area; bathroom with WC and shower over bath; double-bedroom with king-size bed and fitted wardrobes and storage space. The kitchen is fully fitted with all utensils and crockery, a gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator and dish-washer. There is a private decking area with table and chairs. The annexe is secluded and private and looks over open countryside.

We have gardens to the front & rear. The rear is astroturfed so can be used throughout the year. It also has a table and chairs Board games for adults and children 5 mins from Falkirk High train station

Sky Glass tv with Netflix etc. The hot tub is super. Breakfast hampers, Romance/celebration packages, can be pre ordered at booking. Pets are very welcome. We can provide cages or crates, food dishes and beds We have a treat/ toy box. Towels and blanket. Come and visit our lovely gentle animals and parrots. Covered private hot tub.

Come and relax in comfort in peaceful countryside. Our Hut is set in what was previously a working farm. The location is completely private with beautiful views and yet it’s a short stroll to a country pub. We are near the Union Canal, country parks and the river if you enjoy walking. Located in the Central Belt, there is a station with direct trains to Edinburgh and Glasgow 10 minutes drive away. For those of you who are Outlander fans, several filming locations to visit are nearby.

Also good place to start to visit other more local must visits like the Falkirk wheel and Helix Park with the Kelpies. Off street parking, own entrance and exciting garden space! A cute wee historic cottage in the Pentland Hills with magnificent views. This home is one of the few properties inside the Pentland Hills regional park. 30 minutes outside of Edinburgh. Harperrig Reservoir is at your door where you can swim and paddle. Endless walks in the Pentlands. Surrounded by farmland. Sit in the hot tub of an evening and watch the colours change in the hills as the sun sets. And wake in the morning to Nespresso coffee.
