It benefits from a secluded patio to the side of the property It sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Ty Hâf is detached, situated next to our own home, with lovely views of the Clwydian hills from the front patio. A place to relax, walk and enjoy this great location. An excellent pub/restaurant, The Dinorben Arms, offers real ales and great food, just a 15 minute walk away. Convenient location for local walks on the hills, along the river or Offas Dyke path. Outdoor pursuits and many other activities are available in the Snowdonia National Park and along the beautiful North Wales Coast.

The Stables - Rawtenstall.

The Stables is a unique, relaxing, stylish one bedroom property with an additional double sofa bed included. It has lots of character, superb views and is the perfect romantic hideaway, ideal for a short break away. The Stables also has a hot tub which is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away. It is ideal for walking routes, with friendly local pubs and restaurants nearby and is only a 15 minute walk into Rawtenstall town centre. The nearest super market is just 0.4 miles away.

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.

Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

Unique barn conversion with private off road parking in Sale, Greater Manchester. Open-plan with a mezzanine bedroom reached by a spiral staircase, the property is detached and set in a private mature garden. Close to all the amenities of Sale town centre and excellent links to Manchester, Altrincham and a short taxi from Manchester Airport; our place is ideal for short stays whether visiting for leisure or business. Please note the bedroom is height restricted.

Newbridge Guest House

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site and occasional visits from a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have 2 cockerels and they can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.
