Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

The Titusville Mill

The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. The OC&T, Drake's Well, The Iron Work Tapp-house, and the Ida Tarbell house are must-see local landmarks near us. Our full-service restaurant is open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 A- 8PMSaturday, 10 AM - 9PM and Sunday for brunch from 10AM-2PM.

Cottage with Private Allegheny River Access

"Bearly Affordable", located along the Allegheny River nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cottage offers private river frontage for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Cottage sleeps 6 and has most of the amenities of home including air conditioning, forced air heat, wood stove, well and septic. Additional staying quarters located in an adjacent cedar Cub House which has 4 beds, 2 lofts, and air conditioning. Cub House Closed for Season. Opens back up April 1st.

The river channel provides many opportunities to see wildlife such as ducks, eagles, deer, beavers, river otters, turtles and much more.

Get your supplies at the local Trading Post (fire wood, groceries and more). Bring your ATV and enjoy the trails only a few miles away from the place. You have more guests? Welcome to our Creekside Cottage! I have called this place home for most of my life, playing in the back yard, waving at the steady stream of kayakers or going creeking and exploring the islands. Nowadays, I still adventure out with my kids but you'll also find me kicking back and enjoying the sights from the big picture window or out on the back deck watching the sunset. Cozy Oaks Cottage

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Pennsylvania Wilds lies Cozy Oaks Cottage! This 558 sq. ft. space is the ideal spot to get away with your family and friends. Rail 66 is 75 yards from our driveway. Many restaurants are only a few minutes down the road, and we are only 15 minutes from Cook Forest. Although we can sleep up to 5 people, our place is quite small, and for maximum comfort we recommend no more than 3 people
