Set within the grounds of a historic Old Rectory, the property is surrounded by rolling hills, lush meadows, and the tranquil River Frome, providing an idyllic spot for a holiday. It is all on one level,we are able to rent out the whole cottage also which creates an additional 2 bedrooms for extended family - we rarely rent this out to another party and is mostly empty.

Our bespoke, self contained shepherds hut is sat looking over our beautiful cider orchard in the heart of Dorset complete with its own outdoor fire pit/bbq and exclusive wood fired hot tub. Peaceful Annex in Puncknowle, stunning views.

At the end of a no-through road on the edge of the village, this quiet upstairs annex has stunning dual aspect country views across the Bride Valley. The large (32m2), warm and spacious room includes a simple kitchen area and there is a separate bathroom. The annex sits above our garage, accessed via a shared rear hallway. Puncknowle is a quiet village less than 2 miles from the beach, perfectly situated to enjoy the Jurassic coast. The friendly Crown Inn pub is a 5 minute walk away.
