We are situated on a high floor (under the penthouse) with soundproof windows.The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort. My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

You can sit in the terrace and enjoy the sounds of birds, our lovely pets walking in front of the house. De ruimtes: inkom, leefruimte met living, eetkamer, keuken en een ruim terras. 1e toilet op gelijksvloer. Op het eerste verdiep vind je de slaapkamer met een terras en de badkamer met een douche en het 2e toilet.
