The deck has a grill, eating and lounging areas. Many restaurants, stores and gas stations near by . Not suitable for large gatherings or parties. Washer and dryer are available, but laundry supplies are not.

The neighbor has a pontoon and may be able to take you on ride, canoe rental close, and a dock to fish off of. Bring the family and have some fun!
