This secluded home is set in the midst of Ogden Valley . The closest adventures can be found at Powder Mountain, Snow Basin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts and Wolf Creek Golf Course. This walkout basement apartment has many daylight windows that look out on a private wooded yard with beautiful mountains views and the Valley. There is a large family room, a full kitchen, dining, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A private deck with a hot tub and a sports court is also included in this property.

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance, spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, private, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Take it easy at this newly constructed tranquil mountain getaway. Located at the base of Nordic Mountain Ski resort, there are plenty of things to do. Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

Welcome to our retreat with a stunning mountain view. The property sleeps up to 26 guests. We have 3 spare mattresses and a Pack'N'Play, for groups up to 30. We are 20 min from Snowbasin Resort and 20 min from SLC airport. Enjoy our sand volleyball, basketball, pickleball theater room & hot tub! We allow small weddings/events for an additional $1800 fee. This gives access to our 2600 sq ft event building with a built-in sound and light system. We also provide tables and chairs for 100 ppl.
