It features a queen-sized bed plus a roll away twin bed if needed, a full-sized kitchen and spacious bathroom, as well as a lovely view of our beloved Smoky Mountains. Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).

The property is close to all major attractions, & is within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo is located directly across from the pool/hot tub and adjacent to the lobby where you can help yourself to complimentary hot beverages.
